1. How do I place a booking?
Simply get in touch via our contact form or email. We’ll confirm availability, provide a quote, and secure your booking with a deposit
2. Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! We offer delivery, setup, and collection to make your event stress-free within the Greater Perth Region. Delivery fees vary depending on location and can be provided once an enquiry has been made. We don’t offer delivery for events down South or outside Perth, however you are more than welcome to collect and return the umbrellas from our location in Bateman, Perth.
3. What is included in my hire?
All umbrellas come with a heavy 30kg white square base and a carry bag for transport. A square white weighted bag can also be provided free of charge. Delivery and setup can be added depending on your location (Perth only).
4. Are the umbrellas suitable for rain?
Our umbrellas are designed primarily for sun protection. While they may offer some cover in light rain, they are not designed for use in heavy rain.
5. What if it’s windy on the day?
Our umbrellas come with heavy 30kg bases for stability, and we can supply additional white weight bags to place on top of bases if required. However, in very strong winds, umbrella’s must not be used and we will not be held liable if umbrellas fall over, cause injury or get damaged due to misuse.
6. How do I transport the umbrellas?
All umbrellas come with a carry bag for easy transport in any vehicle. Each bag is approximately 1.5m long. The umbrella poles come in two pieces and screw together in the middle. For larger events, we can assist with delivery and setup.
7. Can I hire umbrellas for multiple days?
Absolutely. Let us know your event dates, and we’ll provide pricing for multi-day hires
8. When do I need to pay?
A deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your event. Full details will be provided at the time of booking.
9. Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
To get a full refund we just need more than 14 days notice, in writing. If cancellation is requested 7-14 days before the booking date, 50% refund of the total hire fee applies. Unfortunately no refund can be provided for cancellations with less than 7 days notice, however a partial credit can possibly be discussed, for use on a future booking.
